​ Консортивні зв’язки іксодових кліщів о. Хортиця

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота “Консортивні зв’язки іксодових кліщів о. Хортиця” виконана на 67 сторінках машинописного тексту, містить 5 рисунків, 4 таблиці, використано 61 літературне джерело. Об’єкт дослідження – Ixodidae, як учасники консорцій трав’яних біогеоценозів. Метою роботи було з’ясувати консортивні зв’язки іксодових кліщів, які мають санітарно-епідеміологічне значення в умовах о. Хортиця. В завдання дослідження входило встановити видовий склад та статеве співвідношення у популяціях іксодових кліщів на острові Хортиця; визначити вплив годувальників та екологічних чинників на тривалість харчування іксодових кліщів на хазяїні; дослідити вплив екологічних чинників на процес яйцекладки іксодових кліщів в лабораторних умовах та визначення основних консортивних зв’язків іксодових кліщів в біогеоценозах. Методи дослідження: загальноприйняті методики акарологічнпих досліджень, відбору матеріалу у польових умовах та статичної обробки інформації. Новизна та актуальність досліджень полягає у тому, що подібні дослідження дозволять встановити і прогнозувати поширення тимчасовими ектопаразитами небезпечних трансмісивних захворювань у біогеоценозах району дослідження. Значущість роботи полягає в тому, що отримані результати можуть будь використані паразитологами м. Запоріжжя для розробки та застосування нових методів з обмеження чисельності іксодових кліщів у нашому регіоні.

Object of study - Ixodidae, as participants in consortia of herbal biogeocenoses. The purpose of this work was to find out the consortial connections of the ixodic mites that are of sanitary and epidemiological significance on Khortytsia Island. The objective of the study was to establish species composition and sex ratio in populations of ixodic mites on Khortytsia Island; determine the impact of feeders and environmental factors on the duration of feeding of the ixodic ticks on the host; to investigate the influence of environmental factors on the process of oviposition of oviposite ticks in the laboratory and to determine the major consortative connections of ixodic ticks in biogeocenoses. Research methods: Common methods of acarologic research, field material selection and static information processing. The novelty and relevance of research is that such studies will allow to establish and predict the spread of dangerous transmissible diseases by temporary ectoparasites in the biogeocenoses of the study area. The significance of the work is that the results obtained can be used by parasitologists in the city of Zaporozhye to develop and apply new methods for limiting the number of ixodic mites in our region.
