Object of the study; Zaporizhzhya titanium and magnesium enterprise of
ZTMK, JSC.
The purpose of the work is to study the strategy of formation of competitive advantages of PJSC «ZTMK» and to define a set of measures to improve the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the enterprise.
Research methods: descriptive, analytical, modeling.
The specificity of the work is in the general analysis of the
development of heavy industry in Ukraine, as well as a more detailed analysis of the activity and prospects of development of the domestic industrial enterprise of PJSC “ZTMK” in particular.
During the writing of the paper the theoretical foundations of managing the competitive advantages and competitiveness of the enterprise were explored; an analysis of the market for titanium and magnesium, as well as an assessment of the strategy of formation of advantages at the industrial enterprise of PJSC «ZTMK».

написання роботи було досліджено теоретичні основи конкурентними перевагами та конкурентоспроможністю ства; проведений аналіз ринку титану та магнію, а також оцінка формування переваг на промисловому підприємстві ПАТ «ЗТМК». лізовано умови виникнення конкурентоспроможності на базі ства суб’єкта ЗЕД; проаналізовано економіко-організаційні истики підприємства ПАТ «ЗТМК». А також запропоновано шляхи вюатвалення стратегії формування конкурентних переваг промислового ства ПАТ «ЗТМК».
