Система раннього виявлення та подолання фінансової кризи на підприємстві ТОВ «Онікс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 100 с., 14 рис., 20 табл., 2 додатки, 70 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси попередження та формування економічних заходів запобігання фінансової кризи на підприємстві ТОВ «Онікс». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних та розробка науково-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо формування та запровадження на підприємствах системи раннього попередження та запобігання фінансової кризи. Завдання: розглянути сутність фінансової кризи підприємства її класифікацію та причини виникнення; з’ясувати функції, принципи та завдання антикризового управління на підприємстві; виявити зміст діагностики фінансової кризи підприємства; надати організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємству ТОВ «Онікс»; здійснити аналіз основних фінансових показників діяльності; сформувати пропозиції щодо удосконалення методики фінансової діагностики підприємства. Методи досліджень: теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, статистичні та графічні методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалено методичний підхід до діагностики кризового стану підприємства, що дозволяє отримати об’єктивну та надійну оцінку фінансового стану та уможливлює вибір обґрунтованих антикризових заходів. Практичне значення одержаних результатів і висновків полягає у тому, що запропоновані розробки складатимуть методичну основу обґрунтованого управління діяльністю підприємств в мінливих умовах ринкового середовища

The object of the study is the processes of prevention and formation of economic measures to prevent financial crisis in the enterprise LLC «Oniks». The subject of the study covers theoretical provisions, scientific and methodological approaches and practical principles of assessing the financial state of the enterprise in the crisis management system. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical and develop scientific and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of early warning and prevention of financial crisis in enterprises. Task: to consider the essence of the financial crisis of the enterprise its classification and causes; to find out the functions, principles and tasks of crisis management in the enterprise; to identify the content of diagnostics of the financial crisis of the enterprise; to give organizational and economic characteristics to the enterprise of LLC «Oniks»; to analyze the main financial indicators of activity; to formulate proposals for improving the methodology of financial diagnostics of the enterprise. Research methods. In order to achieve this goal, the methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis were used in the qualification work – to study the essence of the financial crisis of the enterprise, theoretical foundations of diagnostics; morphological decomposition – to define the concept of «crisis management»; systematic and integrated approach - to substantiate theoretical and methodological approach to conducting economic research of the enterprise; statistical and graphical – to analyze the status and trends of the dynamics of the results of the enterprise and to clarify the results of the study. The results obtained and their novelty: the methodological approach to the crisis state of the enterprise is improved, which allows to obtain an objective and reliable assessment of the financial condition and to allow the choice of sound anti-crisis measures. The practical significance of the results and conclusions obtained is that the proposed developments will form a methodological basis for sound management of enterprises in the changing market environment
