Управління інноваційним розвитком закладу вищої освіти "Запорізький національний університет"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 100 с., 9 рис., 19 табл., 55 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: процеси управління інноваційним розвитком Запорізького національного університету. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти формування механізму управління інноваційним розвитком закладу вищої освіти. Мета роботи: обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо формування та реалізації механізму управління інноваційним розвитком вищого навчального закладу для забезпечення його економічного зростання. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові та специфічні методи пізнання об’єктивної природи економічних явищ та процесів: аналізу та синтезу, індукції та дедукції; методи логічного узагальнення. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: визначено сутність та складові інноваційного розвитку закладу вищої освіти; проаналізовано методи та моделі забезпечення інноваційного розвитку закладу вищої освіти; систематизовано сучасні підходи до організації управління інноваційним розвитком закладу вищої освіти; досліджено конкурентне середовище Запорізького національного університету; охарактеризовано потенціал інноваційного розвитку Запорізького національного університету; здійснено стратегічне планування інноваційного розвитку Запорізького національного університету; виявлено ключові фактори впливу на інноваційний розвиток Запорізького національного університету; визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку системи фінансування інноваційного розвитку Запорізького національного університету. Інформаційною базою дослідження є нормативно-правові документи в системі регулювання діяльності вищих навчальних закладів України; офіційні дані Державної служби статистики і Міністерства освіти та науки України; фундаментальні дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених з питань управління ЗВО та інноваційного розвитку суб’єктів господарювання. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні теоретико-методологічних основ і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи управління інноваційним розвитком вищого навчального закладу. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці методично-прикладних засад організації системи управління інноваційним розвитком закладу вищої освіти Запорізький національний університет.

Subject of research: theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of formation of the mechanism of management of innovative development of higher education institution. Purpose: to substantiate the recommendations on the formation and implementation of a mechanism for managing the innovation development of higher education institution to ensure its economic growth. Research methods: general scientific and specific methods of knowledge of the objective nature of economic phenomena and processes: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; methods of generalization. The specificity of the work is to solve the following main tasks: the essence and components of the innovative development of the higher education institution are determined; methods and models of providing innovative development of higher education institution are analyzed; modern approaches to the organization of management of innovative development of higher education institution are systematized; investigated competitive environment of Zaporizhzhya National University; the potential of innovative development of Zaporizhzhya National University is characterized; strategic planning of innovative development of Zaporizhzhya National University was carried out; identified key factors influencing the innovation development of Zaporizhzhya National University; the perspective directions of development of the system of financing innovative development of Zaporizhzhya National University are determined. The information base of the research is the legal documents in the system of regulation of the activity of higher educational establishments of Ukraine; official data of the State Statistics Service and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; basic research of domestic and foreign scientists on the management of HEA and innovative development of economic entities. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations for the formation of a mechanism for managing the innovative development of a higher educational institution. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of methodological and applied foundations of the organization of the management system of innovative development of a higher educational institution.
