Особливості адміністрування дозвільно-розважального бізнесу в Україні

Abstract

UA : Враховуючи турбулентні умови сучасного середовища, відбуваються зміни у змісті та характері праці, збільшується її інтелектуалізація, зростає мобільність працівників та інші тенденції обумовлюють постійне зростання людського фактору як ключового аспекту ефективності та конкурентоспроможності організації. Загальновідомим фактом є те, що адміністрування - це стратегічно важливий ресурс кожної компанії, а його розвиток головною передумовою її конкурентоспроможності. На сьогоднішній день, особливості адміністрування у дозвільно-розважальному бізнесі є провідним завданням для досягнення поточних і довгострокових цілей компанії. Тема: «Особливості адміністрування дозвільно-розважального бізнесу в Україні», є дуже актуальна в наш час. Метою роботи є теоретичне та прикладне дослідження суті та особливостей адміністрування у дозвільно-розважальному бізнесі як однієї із умов управління розвитком підприємства. Об'єктом дослідження є особливості адміністрування у компанії «ОХУТ,МІХІ». Предметом дослідження є особливості адміністрування у дозвільно розважальному бізнесі, на прикладі компанії «ОМІ, МІХ)».

It is a well-known fact that administration is a strategically important resource of every company, and its development is the main prerequisite for its competitiveness. Today, the peculiarities of administration in the leisure and entertainment business are the leading task to achieve the current and long-term goals of the company. The topic: "Features of the administration of leisure and entertainment business in Ukraine" is very relevant today. The purpose of the work is a theoretical and applied study of the nature and features of administration in the leisure and entertainment business as one of the conditions for managing the development of the enterprise. The object of research is the peculiarities of administration in the company "OKHUT, MIKHI". The subject of the research is the peculiarities of administration in the leisure and entertainment business, on the example of the company "OMI, MIH)".
