Управління системою орендних відносин торговельно-офісних приміщень на базі Запорізької ТИП

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна роботи магістра: 104 с., 25 рис., 16 табл., 55 джерел. ЗПП своєю діяльністю сприяє створенню передумов для залучення підприємців до процесу демократичних та економічних реформ в Україні, налагодженню ефективного діалогу, конструктивного співробітництва між бізнесовими структурами, малими та середніми підприємствами з метою об’єднання зусиль для поліпшення бізнес-середовища для підприємництва, що передбачає підвищення прозорості ведення бізнесу, впровадження про- стих та зрозумілих дозвільних процедур, забезпечення реального захисту прав і законних інтересів бізнесу та стимулювання ЗЕД. Предмет дослідження: робота Запорізької торгово-промислової палати, її сприяння у розвитку бізнесу запорізьких підприємств та активне стимулювання зовнішньоторгівельного обігу товарів. Об’єкт дослідження: запорізька торгово-промислова палата. Методи дослідження: історичний, діалектичний, системного і ситуаційного аналізу, логічного узагальнення, динамічних рядів, моделювання, порівняння, спостереження, аналізу та синтезу. Специфіка роботи – у детальному аналізі вивчити інструменти та специфіку системи орендних відносин торговельно-офісних приміщень та сприяння ЗТПП у розвитку сприятливого клімату Запорізького регіону. Під час написання роботи було проведено аналіз основних тенденцій ЗЕД в України, виявлено вплив торгово-промислової палати на економічний розвиток регіону, досліджено стан та перспективи ЗЕ діяльності, проаналізований SWOT-аналіз діяльності ТПП та визначено ефективність.

The WFP contributes to the creation of preconditions for engaging entrepreneurs in the process of democratic and economic reforms in Ukraine, establishing effective dialogue, constructive cooperation between business entities, small and medium-sized enterprises in order to unite efforts to improve the business environment for entrepreneurship, which means increasing conducting business, implementing simple and understandable permitting procedures, ensuring real protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the business and promoting ED. Subject of research: the work of the Zaporizhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, its assistance in the development of business of Zaporizhzhya enterprises and the active stimulation of foreign trade in goods. Object of research: Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Research methods: historical, dialectical, systemic and situational analysis, logical generalization, time series, modeling, comparison, observation, analysis and synthesis. Specificity of the work - in a detailed analysis to study the tools and specifics of the system of lease relations of commercial and office premises and to assist the STCF in the development of a favorable climate in the Zaporozhye region. During the writing of the paper, the analysis of the main tendencies of the FEA in Ukraine was conducted, the influence of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the economic development of the region, the status and prospects of the FE activity were analyzed, a SWOT analysis of the CCI activity was analyzed and efficiency was determined.
