Об’єкт дослідження – показники функціонального стану системи зовнішнього дихання осіб, хворих на бронхіальну астму.
Мета дослідження – вивчення ефективності застосування галотерапії в системі комплексної реабілітації хворих на бронхіальну астму.
Методи дослідження – теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури, аналіз медичної документації, метод спірографії, метод пікфлуометрії, функціональні проби системи зовнішнього дихання, методи визначення розрахункових показників системи зовнішнього дихання, методи математичної статистики.
Показано, що для чоловіків 45-55 років з бронхіальною астмою легкого ступеню характерно помірне порушення функції зовнішнього дихання за даними спірографії та пікфлуометрії, особливо показників, в основі отримання яких закладено форсований компонент: ФЖЄЛ – 70,58±2,23 %, ОФВ1 – 78,44±2,68 %, показник пикової швидкості видиху – 73,24±1,57 %, від належних величин.
Доведено, що доповнення реабілітаційних програм, які включають різні форми лікувальної фізичної культури, лікувальний масаж, фізіотерапію курсовим застосуванням галотерапії в умовах спеціальної галотерапевтичної камери дозволяє підвищити ефективність проведених реабілітаційних заходів, призводить до достовірного більш виразного покращення показників зовнішнього дихання, впливаючи, головним чином, на бронхообструктивний компонент.

Object of study – the indicators of the functional state of the system of external respiration of persons with bronchial asthma.
Purpose of study – to study the effectiveness of halotherapy in the system of complex rehabilitation of patients with bronchial asthma.
Research methods ‒ theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of medical documentation, spirography method, method of pixfluometry, functional tests of the system of external respiration, methods for determining the calculated parameters of the system of external respiration, methods of mathematical statistics.
It was shown that for men 45-55 years with bronchial asthma of mild degree, moderate violation of the function of external respiration by the data of spirography and pycfluometry, especially the indicators, the basis of which the forced component was laid: forced vital capacity – 70,58±2,23 %, forced expiratory volume in the first second – 78,44±2,68 %, the rate of peak exhalation rate – 73,24±1,57 %, from the proper values.
It is proved that supplementation of rehabilitation programs, which include different forms of medical physical training, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy by course application of halotherapy in the conditions of a special halotherapy chamber, allows to increase the efficiency of the rehabilitation measures carried out, leads to a definite more distinct improvement of the parameters of external respiration, affecting mainly on broncho-obstructive component.
