Механізм контролю якості освітніх послуг

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 75 с., 17 рис., 6 табл., 56 джерел. Об'єкт дослідження - показники і критерії якості вищої освіти в Україні та Запорізькому національному університеті. Предмет дослідження - теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти формування оцінки системи контролю та забезпечення якості вищої освіти основними суб'єктами освітнього процесу. Мета дослідження - обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо формування та реалізації перспективних напрямків забезпечення якості вищої освіти в Україні та провідному регіональному вищому навчальному закладі – Запорізькому національному університеті. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, балансовий, розрахунковий. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: визначено сутність поняття якість освіти; досліджено теоретичні аспекти поняття вища освіта та підходи до контролю її якості; вивчено передумови забезпечення якості вищої освіти України; надано характеристику Запорізького національного університету в системі надання освітніх послуг; проаналізовано сучасний стан механізму забезпечення якості освіти у Запорізькому національному університеті; визначено шляхи удосконалення механізму контролю та забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Інформаційною базою дослідження є нормативно-правові документи в системі регулювання діяльності вищих навчальних закладів України; офіційні дані Державної служби статистики і Міністерства освіти та науки України; фундаментальні дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених з питань управління ЗВО та формування системи забезпечення якості вищої освіти; матеріали науково-практичних конференцій, матеріали, розміщені у мережі Інтернет, матеріали первинного обліку та статистичної звітності окремих класичних закладів вищої освіти України, а також Запорізького національного університету. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у поглибленні теоретико-методичних основ і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування системи забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці методично-прикладних засад організації системи забезпечення якості вищої освіти в запорізькому регіоні та в Запорізькому національному університеті.

The object of research - indicators and criteria of quality of higher education in Ukraine and Zaporozhye National University. The subject of research - theoretical, scientific and methodological and practical aspects of the formation of the evaluation of the system of control and quality assurance of higher education by the main subjects of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the recommendations for the formation and implementation of promising areas of quality assurance in higher education in Ukraine and the leading regional higher education institution - Zaporizhia National University. Research methods - descriptive, comparative, balance, calculation. The specifics of the work is to solve the following main tasks: the essence of the concept of quality of education is defined; the theoretical aspects of the concept of higher education and approaches to quality control are investigated; the preconditions for ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine have been studied; the characteristic of Zaporizhia National University in the system of providing educational services is given; the current state of the mechanism for ensuring the quality of education at Zaporizhia National University is analyzed; identified ways to improve the mechanism of control and quality assurance of higher education. The information base of the research is normative-legal documents in the system of regulation of activity of higher educational establishments of Ukraine; official data of the State Statistics Service and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; fundamental research of domestic and foreign scientists on the management of free economic zones and the formation of a system of quality assurance in higher education; materials of scientific and practical conferences, materials posted on the Internet, materials of primary accounting and statistical reporting of some classical institutions of higher education of Ukraine, as well as Zaporozhye National University. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of a system of quality assurance in higher education. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of methodological and applied principles of the organization of the quality assurance system of higher education in the Zaporizhia region and in the Zaporizhia National University.
