Організація процесу міжнародних вантажних перевезень ТОВ «Нова Пошта»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 77 с., 27 рис., 24 табл., 43 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: теоретико-методичні та практичні основи дослідження міжнародних вантажних перевезень на ТОВ «Нова Пошта» Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів, функцій і механізмів просування продукції підприємства на зовнішні ринки. Мета дослідження: дослідження теоретичних та практичних аспектів, обгрунтування практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення міжнародних вантажних перевезень на ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Методи дослідження: пошуковий, діалектичний, аналітичний, історичний, моделювання. Специфіка даної роботи полягає в тому, що у ній досліджено організаційні аспекти розробки та реалізації удосконалення міжнародних вантажних перевезень у транспортній компанії. У роботі систематизовано результати діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Нова Пошта» на ринку України та Європи, визначено напрямки удосконалення міжнародних перевезень підприємства та розроблено конкретні кроки для досягнення поставленої мети. У третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи запропоновано напрям удосконалення процесу міжнародних перевезень підприємства, зокрема для вдосконалення системи управління міжнародними вантажними операціями керівництву ТОВ «Нова Пошта» пропонується впровадити систему GPS стеження і контролю палива за нормовитратами – систему FMS-T

The object of the research: theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of study of international freight traffic at «Nova Poshta» LLC. The subject of the research: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects, functions and mechanisms of promotion of enterprise products in foreign markets. The purpose of the thesis for the master’s research of theoretical and practical aspects, substantiation of practical recommendations on improvement of the international freight transportations on «Nova Poshta» LLC. The research methods: search (research of available methodical and scientific literature); dialectical; statistical data analysis; historical, modeling. The specificity of this work is that it explores the organizational aspects of the development and implementation of improvements in international freight in the transport company. The paper systematizes the results of «Nova Poshta» LLC in the market of Ukraine and Europe, identifies areas for improvement of international transportation of the company and developed specific steps to achieve this goal. In the third section of the qualification work, the direction of improving the process of international transportation of the enterprise is proposed, in particular, to improve the management of international cargo operations, the management of «Nova Poshta» LLC is proposed to implement a system of GPS tracking and fuel control.
