Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра на тему “Інституціональні аспекти управління спортивним закладом” є комплексним дослідженням проблеми менеджменту освітньо-спортивної установи в ринкових умовах. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю ефективної конкуренції на ринку послуг та забезпечувати діяльність організації, яка надає послуги різним категоріям клієнтів в ситуації, в якій на перший план виходить проблема удосконалення інституціональних засад менеджменту, які б Метою дипломного дослідження є розробка теоретичних пропозицій та практичних рекомендацій щодо політики управління спортивними закладами та її інституціональних засад. Для досягнення поставленої мети було поставлено такі завдання розглянути понятійний апарат у сфері інституціонального забезпечення управління спортивними закладами; визначити економічні та суто інституціональні складові політики управління спортивними закладами; дослідити сучасні підходи та проблеми управління спортивними закладами; провести структурний аналіз та здійснити оцінку показників ефективності управління спортивними закладами; Об’єктом дослідження є система управління спортивними закладами у м. Запоріжжі. Предметом дослідження обрано інституціональні засади в системі управління спортивними закладами м. Запоріжжя. Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. Загальний обсяг 88 сторінок, з них 7 рисунків, 20 таблиць. Список використаних джерел складає 47 найменувань.

EN : The master's qualification work on "Institutional aspects of sports institution management" is a comprehensive study of the problem of management of educational and sports institutions in market conditions. The urgency of the topic is due to the need for effective competition in the services market and to ensure the activities of the organization that provides services to different categories of customers in a situation where the problem of improving the institutional framework of management comes to the fore. The purpose of the thesis is to develop theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for the management policy of sports facilities and its institutional framework. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set to consider the conceptual framework in the field of institutional support for the management of sports facilities; determine the economic and purely institutional components of the policy of sports facilities management; to study modern approaches and problems of sports facilities management; to carry out the structural analysis and to carry out an estimation of indicators of efficiency of management of sports establishments; The object of the study is the management system of sports facilities in Zaporozhye. The subject of the research is the institutional principles in the management system of sports facilities in Zaporizhia. To achieve the goal defined in the work, the methodology of economic science was used, a system of general scientific and special research methods was used. The work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. The total volume is 88 pages, including 7 figures, 20 tables. The list of used sources is 47 items.
