Удосконалення напрямків міжнародної виробичої кооперації на ПАТ “Запоріжтрансформатор»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра “Удосконалення напрямків міжнародної виробничої кооперації на ПАТ “ЗТР” в рамках якої досліджуються проблеми розвитку науково-технічних та виробничих зв’язків підприємства електротехнічної галузі, яке в умовах жорсткої конкуренції примушено відшукувати нові механізми просування товару на ринки. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена тим, що діяльність підприємства енергетичної галузі, передбачає організацію ефективної схеми постачання сировини, її накопичення на складі, облік, митне оформлення, переробка, сертифікація тощо. Необхідність пошуку актуальних ідей для розвитку зазначених вище механізмів кооперації зумовили актуальність цієї роботи. Об’єкт дослідження – Публічне акціонерне товариство “Запоріжтрансформатор”. Предмет дослідження – виробництво та продаж електротехнічної продукції підприємства у співробітництві з іншими виробничими та сервісними фірмами. Мета роботи – проаналізувати виробництво та продаж продукції ПАТ “Запоріжтрансформатор” та запропонувати механізм удосконалення коопераційних зв’язків для цього підприємства. Для досягнення мети було вирішено наступні завдання: проаналізовано понятійний апарат та різні теоретичні аспекти проблеми виробничої кооперації, з’ясовано поточний фінансовий стан та організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства ПАТ “Запоріжтрансформатор”, розглянуті основні моделі виробничої кооперації, які можуть бути запроваджені на ПАТ “Запоріжтрансформатор”.

EN : Qualification work of the master's degree "Improvement of directions of the international industrial cooperation on PJSC"ZTR" within which problems of development of scientific and technical and industrial communications of the enterprise of electrotechnical branch which in the conditions of fierce competition is compelled to look for new mechanisms of advancement of the goods are investigated. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the activities of the energy industry, involves the organization of an effective scheme for the supply of raw materials, its accumulation in the warehouse, accounting, customs clearance, processing, certification and more. The need to find relevant ideas for the development of the above mechanisms of cooperation led to the relevance of this work. The object of research is Zaporizhtransformator Public Joint Stock Company. The subject of research - the production and sale of electrical products of the enterprise in cooperation with other manufacturing and service firms. The purpose of the work is to analyze the production and sale of products of PJSC "Zaporizhtransformator" and to propose a mechanism for improving cooperation for this enterprise. To achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: the conceptual apparatus and various theoretical aspects of the problem of production cooperation were analyzed, the current financial condition and organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "Zaporizhtransformator" were clarified, the main models of production cooperation that can be implemented at PJSC "Zaporizhtransformator".
