dc.description.abstract EN : Qualification work: 96 pages, 5 tables, 41 sources, 4 appendices. Object of research: the process of cognitive activity of students. Subject of research: the influence of socio-pedagogical micro-society on the cognitive motivation of students. The aim is: theoretical substantiation of the influence of socio-pedagogical micro-society on the cognitive motivation of students of higher educational institutions and study of the level of formation of students' motivation to study. Task: 1. To substantiate the theoretical foundations of the study of the problem of forming the cognitive motivation of students; 2. To study the motivational and semantic qualities of the student's personality in his professional development; 3. Consider the micro-society as a factor influencing the professional motivation of students; 4. Analyze empirical research and diagnosis of the formation of cognitive motivation of students of social pedagogues; 5. To develop methodical indicators of formation of motivation at students to study in a higher educational institution. The research methods were: the method of analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of forming motivation in students, testing, questionnaires and the method of statistical processing of results, conversations with students. The theoretical significance of the work lies in a comprehensive approach to substantiating the theoretical foundations of the problem of forming the cognitive motivation of students. Identify the main features of the micro-society as a factor influencing the professional motivation of students of social educators. The practical significance of the work is to develop a socio-pedagogical program for the formation of motivational and semantic qualities of attitude in students.
