Соціально-педагогічний зміст неформальної освіти майбутніх соціальних педагогів

Abstract

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 3 parts, findings, list of literature (983 items, 5 of foreign origin), 2 addenda on 9 pages. The qualifying work volume is 87 pages long, 80 of them – main text. There are 9 tables and 4 illustrations. In the qualification work the theoretical generalization of the theory and practice of non-formal education as additional in professional training of future social teachers is carried out. The research object: professional training of a future social educator in the context of non-formal education. The research subject: the content and functions of non-formal education in the process of professional training of future social educators. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of socio-pedagogical content of non-formal education in the training of future social educators. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of literature sources; systematization, comparison and juxtaposition of different views on the researched problem; generalization of theoretical approaches; empirical: diagnostic (surveys, rankings, diagnostic techniques); pedagogical experiment (ascertaining, forming, control and generalizing stages); methods of mathematical statistics. The part 1 “Theoretical and terminological substantiation of the basic concepts of non-formal education of future social pedagogues”. The part 2 “Content and functions of non-formal education of future social educators”. The part 3 “Experimental verification of the effectiveness of non-formal education of future social educators”. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the theoretical analysis of concepts that form the basis of socio-pedagogical foundations of non-formal education of future social educators (“non-formal education”, “future social educator”, “non-formal education of future social educators”); the concept of “the content of non-formal education of future social educators” is theoretically substantiated. The practical significance of the work lies in the development and implementation of the program of parallel education “Non-formal education workshop”. Field of use: higher education institutions, non-formal education institutions.

Предмет дослідження: зміст і функції неформальної освіти у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити результативність соціально-педагогічного змісту неформальної освіти у підготовці майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз літературних джерел; систематизація, порівняння та зіставлення різних поглядів на досліджувану проблему; узагальнення теоретичних підходів; емпіричні: діагностичні (опитування, ранжування, діагностичні методики); педагогічний експеримент (констатувальний, формувальний, контрольний та узагальнювальний етапи); методи математичної статистики. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у здійснені теоретичного аналізу понять, які утворюють підвалини соціально-педагогічних засад неформальної освіти майбутніх соціальних педагогів («неформальна освіта», «майбутній соціальний педагог», «неформальна освіта майбутніх соціальних педагогів»); теоретично обґрунтовано поняття «зміст неформальної освіти майбутніх соціальних педагогів». Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці та впровадженні програми паралельної освіти «Майстерня неформальної освіти». Галузь використання: заклади вищої освіти, заклади та установи неформальної освіти.
