Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 143 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 рисунків, 25 таблиць, 3 формули, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації планування та контролю витрат ПП «Агрофірма «РОСіЯ». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методологічні, науково-методичні та практичні особливості планування і контролю діяльності ПП «Агрофірма «РОСіЯ». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтуванні основних напрямків удосконалення фінансового планування на підприємстві на основі вивчення теоретичних та практичних аспектів даної проблематики. Методи дослідження: порівняння, систематизації і логічного узагальнення, системний підхід, прийоми економічного аналізу та інші методи наукових досліджень. Одержані результати: визначена економічна сутність фінансового планування; розглянуто завдання, принципи та методи бюджетування у системі фінансового планування; оцінена ефективність фінансового планування на підприємстві; визначені напрями удосконалення фінансового планування та контролю на підприємстві; систематизовано проблеми та напрями удосконалення фінансового планування; виявлено можливості покращення організації фінансової служби підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, оптимізація процесу планування та контролю витрат в управління фінансами, методика оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, аналіз сучасних підходів формування системи фінансового контролінгу за для удосконалення фінансового планування та контролю витрат на підприємстві.

The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological, scientific-methodical and practical features of planning and control of PE «Agrofirm ROSiA». The purpose of the master's qualification work is to substantiate the main directions of improving financial planning in the enterprise based on the study of theoretical and practical aspects of this issue. Research methods: in the process, the following research methods were used: abstract-logical - for the analysis of scientific literature for systematic evaluation (in the definition of planning, control, forecasting and budgeting), comparison, systematization and logical generalization, systematic approach, methods of economic analysis and other research methods. The scientific novelty of these results is based on the main provisions, such as to blame for the attacker, in the offensive: in the robot it is theoretically lost - the organization of the financial plan for the enterprise in the competitive environment for the understanding of clarification and clarification.
