Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає система антикризового фінансового управління страховою компанією. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання впровадження системи антикризового фінансового управління на ТДВ СК «КРЕДО». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є опрацювання теоретичних і методичних питань здійснення антикризових фінансових заходів у страховій компанії, а також розробка пропозицій із впровадження системи антикризового фінансового управління ТДВ СК «КРЕДО». Завдання дослідження: визначення економічного змісту антикризового фінансового управління страховою компанією; дослідження процесу формування системи антикризового фінансового управління в страховій компанії; опрацювання алгоритму визначення ефективності антикризового фінансового управління страховою компанією; аналіз фінансово-економічних показників і проведення оцінки потреби ТДВ СК «КРЕДО» у впровадженні антикризового фінансового управління; розробка практичних пропозицій із удосконалення системи антикризового фінансового управління ТДВ СК «КРЕДО». Одержані результати: розроблені пропозиції щодо застосування системи збалансованих показників як індикаторів потреби страхової компанії в антикризових фінансових заходах; визначені можливості фінансового оздоровлення ТДВ СК «КРЕДО» за рахунок розвитку антикризового менеджменту.

The object of the study is the system of anti-crisis financial management of the insurance company. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of implementation of the system of anti-crisis financial management at ALC Insurance Company "CREDO". The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological issues of anti-crisis financial measures in the insurance company, as well as the development of proposals for the implementation of anti-crisis financial management ALC Insurance Company "CREDO". Objectives of the study: to determine the economic content of anti-crisis financial management of the insurance company; research of the process of formation of the system of anti-crisis financial management in the insurance company; elaboration of the algorithm for determining the effectiveness of anti-crisis financial management of the insurance company; analysis of financial and economic indicators and assessment of the needs of ALC Insurance Company "CREDO" in the implementation of anti-crisis financial management; development of practical proposals for improving the system of anti-crisis financial management of ALC Insurance Company "CREDO". The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following main provisions: further developed the concept of anti-crisis financial management of the insurance company as an organized complex of permanent management, based on the application of specific methods, principles and techniques of financial management of the insurer, which includes components aimed at preventing and neutralizing the financial crisis companies; an improved system of anti-crisis financial management of the insurance company is a set of links that harmoniously interact on a permanent basis, providing effective management influence of anti-crisis financial management on objects in order to achieve goals and objectives based on tools and methods, taking into account feedback, language, internal and external crisis factors. The obtained results: developed proposals for the application of a system of balanced scores as indicators of the insurance company's need for anti-crisis financial measures; identified opportunities for financial recovery ALC Insurance Company "CREDO" through the development of crisis management.
