Концептуалізація системи освіти, пов’язаної з впровадженням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в інформаційному суспільстві

Abstract

UA : Актуальність дослідження в тому, що метою дослідження (особливостей, шляхів, підходів) єформування концепцій ефективної освіти у вимірі сучасних глобалізаційних викликів та впровадження комп’ютерних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) в систему освіти. Постановка завдання. Стаття відображає становлення цілісної концепції системи освіти, пов’язаної з впровадженням ІКТ, та подолання негараздів, що стоять на її шляху. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій – в статті враховані самі сучасні підходи щодо впровадження ІКТ в систему вищої освіти, так як проаналізовано місце, роль та значення інформації в сучасному суспільстві, її основні смислові характеристики. Виділення недосліджених частин загальної проблеми – концептуалізація системи освіти, повязаної з впровадженням ІКТ та форумвання інфорцміайно-комунікцаійної культури. Методи – системного, структурного, структурно-функціонального аналізу, що дозволили проаналізувати проблеми сучасної освіти, виявити умови її розвитку на шляху формування «суспільства знань» і перетворення знань на інтелектуальну власність. Виклад основного сматеріалу. Методологія передбачає використання системного, структурно- функціонального та комплексного методів і підходів, що дозволили проаналізувати концепцію системи освіти, повязаної з впровалдженням ІКТ. Виявлено проблеми науки і освіти, яка потребує змін на засадах інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та інформаційної (техномеритократичної) культури. Наукова новизна дослідження в тому, що виявлено умови формування «економіки знань» та можливості зайняти гідне місце в глобальній економічній системі завдяки формуванню «креативно- інформаційної» компоненти в освітянській сфері та розкрити сучасні уявлення про освіту та її роль у сучасному суспільстві. Висновки – сформовано концепцію впровадження ІКТ в систему освіти ВНЗ та виявлено недоліки, що заважають цьому процесу.

The scientific novelty of the research is that the conditions for the formation of the "knowledge economy" and the opportunity to take a worthy place in the global economic system through the formation of "creatively -information "components in the educational sphere and to reveal contemporary ideas about education and its role in modern society.Conclusions - the concept of implementation of ICT in the system of education of higher educational institutions was formed and the shortcomings that interfere with this process were revealed.
