UA : Виконано аналітичний огляд типології сучасних фасадних систем в розрізі формування архітектурно-будівельних рішень. Проведено аналіз поточної кон’юнктури та тенденції розвитку вітчизняного ринку фасадних систем. Визначені концептуальні засади щодо розробки та структуризації проектних рішень з влаштування фасадів.
Сформовано вихідні дані та виконано розрахунок зведених витрат із зовнішнього опорядження фасадів ПС “Юність”, на базі техніко-економічного аналізу отриманих результатів обґрунтовано вибір конструктивних рішень навісного вентильованого фасаду Saray Cotta на об’єкті будівництва.
EN : It has been reviewed the typology of modern facade systems in context of the formation of architectural and construction solutions. The current situation and development trends of the domestic market of facade systems are analysed. The basic approaches to development and structuring of project decisions for the facades mounting are defined.
After getting the initial data, it has been made the calculation of the resulted expenses for mounting of the facades types on the Sport Palace “Yunist”, on the basis of technical and economic analysis, the choice of constructive decisions of the hinged ventilated facade of “Saray Cotta” for initial building is proved.
