Досліджено трансформацію будівельних процесів на функціональних засадах реконструкції та перевлаштування. Проведено інженерну діагностику реконструкції громадських будівель в контексті конкурентоспроможності організаційно-технологічних рішень.
EN : The analysis of the problem of organizational and technological provision of reconstruction of objects in modern construction is carried out. The transformation of construction processes on the basis of the functional principles of reconstruction and reorganization is investigated.
