Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 89 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 13 таблиць, 9 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 47 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-економічні процеси забезпечення продуктивної зайнятості населення в регіоні в умовах ринкової економіки. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є поглиблення теоретико-методичного обґрунтування процесу регулювання та прогнозування зайнятості населення на прикладі регіону та розробка практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на вдосконалення цих процесів. Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання: - узагальнено погляди вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців щодо сутності соціально-економічної категорії “зайнятість”; - охарактеризовано проблеми та визначено основні чинники, що сприяють посиленню напруженості в сфері зайнятості; - проаналізовано соціально-економічні фактори впливу на трансформацію зайнятості регіону; - проаналізовано ефективність функціонування державної служби зайнятості регіону; - науково обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму регулювання зайнятості населення регіону; - розроблено прогноз забезпечення продуктивної зайнятості на рівні регіону. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансовоекономічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення, графічного аналізу.

EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 13 tables, 9 figures. The list of referеnces includes 47 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the socio-economic processes productive employment in the region as a market economy. The aim of the qualification is to deepen the theoretical and methodological substantiation of regulation and forecasting employment by the example of the region and the development of practical recommendations aimed at improving these processes. According to the goals addressed in the following tasks: - Summarized the views of domestic and foreign scholars on the nature of socio-economic category of "employment"; - Describes the problem and the main factors that contributed to increasing tension in the workplace; - Analysis of socio-economic factors influence the transformation of employment in the region; - Analysis of the efficiency of state employment in the region; - Scientifically substantiated proposals to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of employment in the region; - A forecast productive employment at the regional level. Methods: logic synthesis, deductive, financial, economic and statistical analysis, comparison reports, graphical analysis. The study yielded the following scientific results, which, moreover, croup scientific innovation: improved: - Methodology of regulation of employment according to the classification of sectors and areas of economic structure of the region by level of impact of socioeconomic factors on the process on the basis of monitoring; - Mechanism for implementing employment programs at the regional level, taking into account the organizational, economic, educational, informational and an- 7 alytical, legal components; were further developed: - Components of public policies to reform the labor market for a new quality of economic, social and humanitarian ro-scrolls, which will help overcome the tensions in employment in the region; - The components of the mechanism of the relationship process management and forecasting employment programs with regional demographic development, poverty reduction and welfare of the population, to balance supply and demand in the labor market, improving employment policies, increase the efficiency of public employment services; - Method of predicting targets of regional employment in order to improve its functioning. The results and recommendations are methodological basis for ensuring the competitiveness of the region on the basis of its infrastructure. By the results that have the greatest practical importance include proposals to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of employment in the region and projected performance of productive employment at the regional level Conclusions and recommendations given in the Master's Work can be used in the employment centers of Zaporizhzhya region that will increase the effectiveness of regulation and forecasting employment in the region.
