Удосконалення кадрової політики ТОВ "Меблі-Сова"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 80 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 8 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 59 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є кадровий склад ТОВ «Меблі-Сова». Предметом дослідження є управління кадровою політикою ТОВ «Меблі-Сова». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні основних напрямків удосконалення кадрової політики підприємств. Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання:  проаналізовано трактування, основні завдання та види кадрової політики підприємства;  досліджено фактори зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що здійснюють вплив на кадрову політику підприємства;  розглянуто методи оцінки ефективності кадрової політики;  наведена організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства ТОВ »Меблі-Сова»;  проаналізовано сучасний стан кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ «Меблі-Сова»;  досліджено ефективність кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ «Меблі-Сова»;  вдосконалено методичний підхід до оцінювання кадрової політики підприємства;  наведено пропозиції щодо забезпечення ефективної реалізації кадрової політики;  розраховано соціально-економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів. Методи дослідження: аналіз та синтез, логічное узагальнення, ситуаційний аналіз, анкетування, експертний метод. 5 Наукова новизна роботи полягає у вдосконаленні методичного підходу до оцінювання кадрової політики підприємства, який на відміну від існуючих включає діагностику патологій управління персоналом. Значення результатів роботи магістра полягає у тому, що вдосконалена методика може бути використана менеджерами та фахівцями з персоналу українських підприємств. Основні результати кваліфікаційної роботи висвітлено у статтях та тезах.

EN : The work is presented on 80 pages of printed text, contains 21 tables, 8 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 59 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the staff of Mebli-Sova LLC. The subject of the study is the personnel policy management of MebliSova LLC. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the main directions of improving the personnel policy of enterprises. In accordance with the goal in the work the following tasks are solved: – the interpretation, main tasks and types of personnel policy of the enterprise are analyzed; – studied the factors of external and internal environment that influence the personnel policy of the enterprise; – methods of evaluating the effectiveness of personnel policy are considered; – organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise MebliSova LLC are given; – the current state of personnel policy of the company Mebli-Sova LLC is analyzed; – the efficiency of personnel policy of the enterprise Mebli-Sova LLC is investigated; – the methodical approach to an estimation of personnel policy of the enterprise is improved; – proposals for ensuring the effective implementation of personnel policy; – calculated socio-economic efficiency of the proposed measures. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, situational analysis, questionnaire, expert method. The scientific novelty of the work is to improve the methodological approach to assessing the personnel policy of the enterprise. 7 The significance of the results of the master's work is that the improved methodology can be used by managers and personnel specialists of Ukrainian enterprises. The main results of the qualification work are covered in articles and abstracts.
