Особливості прояву милосердя у медичних працівників

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: милосердя як психологічний феномен. у сучасному стані українського суспільства, що знаходиться на стадії перегляду цінностей та потребує активної участі у будуванні нових морально-етичних концепцій. Політичні та економічні перетворення та драматичні події останніх років показують нагальну потребу у відповідях на питання щодо того, які орієнтири мають набути особливого значення у цей непростий період. Саме на ці питання і повинна відповідати сучасна психологія, що не повинна зупинятися на проясненні ціннісної сфери особистості, а навпаки, має активно вивчати та пропонувати різні варіанти життєвих смислів та цінностей. Саме виділення феномену милосердя є необхідним для його входження до категоріальної системи психології як умови для переоцінки старих та створенням нових цінностей. Існує нагальна необхідність у визначенні поняття милосердя та відокремлення його від синонімічних понять (таких як співчуття, здатність до пробачення, доброчинність тощо), аналіз його структури, рівнів розвитку та можливостей цілеспрямованого розвитку здатності людини виявляти милосердя. Одним з напрямком розгляду цього конструкту має стати розгляд перспектив виховання милосердя засобами психологічної практики та його зв'язок із покращенням якості життя. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення дослідження полягають у тому, що: виявлено та досліджено особливості прояву милосердя у медичних працівників; розкрито структуру милосердя як професійно-важливої якості медичних працівників; розширено, уточнено та доповнено вивчення наступних особистісних утворень: емпатія, милосердя, особистісні цінності, альтруїзм.

Object of research: charity as a psychological phenomenon. in the current state of Ukrainian society, which is at the stage of revision of values and needs active participation in building new moral and ethical concepts. The political and economic transformations and dramatic events of recent years have highlighted the urgent need to answer the question of which landmarks should be of particular importance in this difficult period. These questions should be answered by modern psychology, which should not stop at clarifying the value sphere of the individual, but on the contrary, should actively study and offer different versions of life meanings and values. The very selection of the phenomenon of charity is necessary for its entry into the categorical system of psychology as a condition for the revaluation of old and the creation of new values. There is an urgent need to define the concept of charity and separate it from synonymous concepts (such as compassion, forgiveness, charity, etc.), analysis of its structure, levels of development and opportunities for purposeful development of human ability to show mercy. One of the directions of consideration of this construct should be consideration of prospects of education of charity by means of psychological practice and its connection with improvement of quality of life. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study lie in the fact that: the peculiarities of the manifestation of mercy in medical workers are revealed and investigated; the structure of charity as a professionally important quality of medical workers is revealed; expanded, clarified and supplemented the study of the following personal formations: empathy, charity, personal values, altruism.
