Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження були зміни у крові людини при захворюванні на інфекційний мононуклеоз. Метою роботи було дослідження клінічних і імунологічних показників крові у хворих на інфекційний мононуклеоз віком 18-22 роки. Методи дослідження – визначення швидкості осідання еритроцитів методом Панченкова, визначення наявності IgM IgG до ЦМВ та ВЕБ методом ІФА, підрахунок кількості лейкоцитів в камері Горяєва, підрахунок лейкоцитарної формули, визначення показників венозної крові за допомогою спектрофотометра В результаті дослідження ми бачимо різницю між показниками крові здорової людини та людини, яка хвора на різні види інфекційного мононуклеозу. Новизна роботи полягає в тому, шо доповнено дані щодо різниці між показниками крові у хворих на ЦМВ та ВЕБ. Значущість роботи – доводить значимість лабораторної діагностики ЦМВ та ВЕБ для постановки діагнозу на ранніх стадіях та швидшого одужання хворої людини Отримані результати можуть бути використані медичними закладами для діагностики та диференціювання ЦМВ та ВЕБ від інших захворювань.
