Об’єкт дослідження – показники крові вагітних жінок.
Метою досліджень було вивчення біохімічних та клінічних показників крові у жінок з ендотоксикозом у різні триместри вагітності.
Методи досліджень: фізіологічні, клінічні, біохімічні.
Показано, що у що у вагітних з ендотоксикозом спостерігається мобілізація процесів відновлення ліпідного обміну та стабілізації клітинних мембран на фоні мембранної дестабілізації за рахунок дії ендотоксинів. При цьому ці процеси залучають найбільш широкі резерви організму навіть за рахунок розвитку запалення та порушення гемостазу.
При цьому у вагітних з ендотоксикозом можна спостерігати збільшення відсотка альбуміну, який зв’язаний з продуктами метаболізму, що свідчить про збільшення ендотоксинів протягом періоду вагітності. Таким чином, простежується залежність ступеня ендогенної інтоксикації від триместру вагітності.

It was shown that in pregnant women with endotoxicosis, mobilization of lipid metabolism restoration and stabilization of cell membranes in the background of membrane destabilization is observed due to the action of endotoxins. At the same time, these processes involve the most extensive reserves of the body, even due to the development of inflammation and violation of hemostasis.
At the same time, in pregnant women with endotoxicosis, an increase in the percentage of albumin associated with metabolic products can be observed, indicating an increase in endotoxins during pregnancy. Thus, the dependence of the degree of endogenous intoxication on the trimester of pregnancy can be traced.
