Педагогічний супровід молодих фахівців закладу дошкільної освіти

Предмет дослідження: особливості педагогічного супроводу молодих фахівців в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти. Мета дослідження: виявити сукупність педагогічних умов, що забезпечують педагогічний супровід молодих фахівців закладу дошкільної освіти. В роботі досліджено ґенезу поняття «супровід»; розглянуто нормативно-правове забезпечення супроводу молодих фахівців закладу дошкільної освіти; схарактеризовано труднощі професійної адаптації молодого педагога та завдання педагогічного супроводу; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, що забезпечують педагогічний супровід молодого спеціаліста ЗДО. Практичне значення роботи полягає у методичній розробці індивідуального плану наставництва, річного плану роботи Школи молодого педагога, а також програми психологічного супроводу молодих фахівців.

EN : The work is presented on 206 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 116 sources. The object of the study: the process of pedagogical support of young specialists of ZDO. Subject of research: features of pedagogical support of young specialists in the conditions of preschool education institution. The purpose of the study: to identify a set of pedagogical conditions that provide pedagogical support for young professionals of preschool education. The genesis of the concept of "support" is investigated in the work; the normative-legal provision of support of young specialists of the preschool institution is considered; the difficulties of professional adaptation of the young teacher and the tasks of pedagogical support are characterized; the pedagogical conditions providing pedagogical support of the young specialist of ZDO are substantiated. The practical significance of the work lies in the methodological development of an individual mentoring plan, the annual work plan of the School of Young Teachers, as well as the program of psychological support for young professionals.
