Профілактика протиправної поведінки серед підлітків

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 86 с., 3 таблиці, 64 джерела, 1 додаток. Об’єкт – система профілактики протиправної поведінки підлітків. Предмет – засоби соціально-педагогічного впливу на підлітків у формуванні правосвідомої поведінки. Мета дослідження: теоретично обгрунтувати та екпериментально перевірити програму формування правосвідомої поведінки підлітків засобом соціально-педагогічного тренінгу. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, проектування, спостереження, інтерв’ювання, опитування, вивчення особових справ, соціальних карт, контент аналіз, педагогічний експеримент; статистичні методи обробки даних. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у визначенні, змістовному розкритті та науковій конкретизації зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної профілактики протиправної поведінки підлітків. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці профілактичної програми формування правосвідомої поведінки підлітків засобом соціально-педагогічного тренінгу. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, навчально-виховні та лікувально-виховні заклади для неповнолітніх правопорушників, служба у справах дітей, кримінальна поліція у справах неповнолітніх, притулки, центри медико-соціальної реабілітації дітей.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (64 items, 3 of foreign origin), 3 tables, 1 addenda. The qualifying work volume is 86 pages long 80 of them – main text. The research object: the process of prevention of illegal behavior of adolescents. The research subject: the socio-pedagogical influence on adolescents in the formation of legal behavior. The research purpose: is theoretical substantiating and experimental testing the program of formation of legal consciousness of adolescents by means of socio-pedagogical training. The research tasks are: 1. To determine the essence and content of illegal behavior of adolescents; 2. To create a comprehensive program for the prevention of illegal behavior of adolescents in general secondary education; 3. To develop a program for the formation of legal behavior of adolescents; 4. To check experimentally the program of socio-pedagogical formation of legal awareness of adolescents by means of socio-pedagogical training. The research methods: theoretical analysis of sources, systematization, generalization, observation, interviewing, questioning, comparison, testing, social and pedagogical experiment. The part 1 «Theoretical and methodological bases of prevention of illegal behavior» is to substantiate and determine the historical and theoretical analysis of the concept of difficult upbringing of the individual and illegal behavior of adolescents and their characteristics. The part 2 «Interactive methods of prevention of illegal behavior among adolescents» is to develop a program of social and pedagogical preventive program of formation of legal consciousness of adolescents by means of socio-pedagogical training. The field of practical use: general secondary education institutions, educational and medical-educational institutions for juvenile offenders, children's service, juvenile criminal police, shelters, medical and social rehabilitation centers for children.
