Технології соціальної адаптації дітей з ДЦП у сучасному суспільстві

Abstract

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (60 items, 1 of foreign origin), 4 addenda on 10 pages. The qualifying work volume is 106 pages long, 90 of them – main text. There are 6 tables and 6 illustrations. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of social adaptation problem of students with cerebral palsy. Object of research: the process of social adaptation of students with cerebral palsy. Subject of research: technologies of social adaptation of students with cerebral palsy. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the technology of social adaptation of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. To achieve this goal, we have set the following tasks: 1) to consider the essence and content of social adaptation; 2) to reveal the peculiarities of the development and functioning of children with cerebral palsy; 3) to determine the content of the technology of social adaptation of students with cerebral palsy; 4) to experimentally test the technology of social adaptation of students with cerebral palsy regarding the use of the program of social and pedagogical adaptation of fifth grade students with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. To perform the tasks, we will use the following methods: theoretical – analysis, systematization, generalization; empirical – questionnaires, testing, observation; pedagogical experiment. The theoretical significance of the work lies in a comprehensive approach to the adaptation and socialization of students with musculoskeletal disorders, which includes three levels of adaptation and formation of specific social competencies. The practical significance of the work is to develop a socio-pedagogical program for social adaptation of fifth-graders with cerebral palsy. Field of use: secondary schools, educational and medical-educational institutions for children with special needs, socio-pedagogical work with families of children raising children with disabilities in social rehabilitation centers. The part 1 “Theoretical aspects of social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy” reveals the basic concepts, analyzes the features of the diagnosis of cerebral palsy and its impact on child development. The part 2 “Technologies of social adaptation of children with cerebral palsy” contains the program of adaptation of children of the 5th class and its experimental check. The analysis of results has proved the effectiveness of formulated and implemented program of social adaptation of students with cerebral palsy.

Предмет дослідження: технології соціальній адаптації учнів з ДЦП. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити технології соціальної адаптації дітей з діагнозом ДЦП. Для досягнення даної мети, нами були поставлені такі завдання: 1) розглянути сутність та зміст соціальної адаптації; 2) розкрити особливості розвитку та функціонування дітей з ДЦП; 3) визначити зміст технології соціальній адаптації учнів з ДЦП; 4) експериментально перевірити технологію соціальної адаптації учнів з ДЦП щодо використання програми соціально-педагогічної адаптації учнів п’ятого класу, що мають діагноз ДЦП. Для виконання поставлених завдань, ми будемо використовувати наступні методи: теоретичні – аналіз, систематизація, узагальнення; емпіричні – анкетування, тестування, спостереження; педагогічний експеримент. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до адаптації та соціалізації учнів з порушеннями опорно-рухового апарату, що включає три рівні адаптації та формування конкретних соціальних компетенцій. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми з соціальної адаптації п’ятикласників з ДЦП. Галузь використання: загальноосвітні школи, навчально-виховні та лікувально-виховні заклади для дітей з особливими потребами, соціально-педагогічна робота з сім’ями дітей, що виховують дітей з інвалідністю соціально-реабілітаційними центрами.
