Сучасне українське суспільство переживає динамічні перетворення соціальних відносин, у ході яких змінюються зразки гендерної взаємодії, партнерських стосунків, ролі та статусу чоловіків і жінок у суспільстві та, зокрема, в міжособистісних відносинах. Наразі спостерігається поява нових змістів та «відтінків» міжособистісних стосунків у ході гендерної взаємодії. Це в свою чергу виявляється в чіткому розмежуванні конституціональних та соціокультурних аспектів при дослідженні психологічної природи чоловічих та жіночих проявів, що описуються поняттями статі та гендеру. Важливість дослідження особливостей міжособистісних відносин з урахуванням впливу соціального статусу чоловіка та жінки обумовлена тим, що життєві стратегії особистості підпорядковуються змінам, перетворенню умов та ситуацій життя у відповідності до цінностей, які транслюються соціумом. Сама природа капіталістичного державного устрою, за яким влаштована сучасна Україна, передбачає майнову та соціальну нерівність, що в наслідковому результаті розділяє навіть близьких людей за критерієм їх соціального положення та прибутку. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у виявленні особливостей міжособистісних відносин в залежності від відповідності або розбіжності соціального статусу у подружній парі. Уточнено зміст внутрішніх чинників сімейної гармонії та психологічного благополуччя у подружньому житті як інтегрального показника спрямованості особистості на реалізацію основних компонентів позитивного функціонування, яке суб’єктивно виражається у відчутті щастя, задоволеності собою і власним життям.

Modern Ukrainian society is experiencing dynamic transformations of social relations, during which patterns of gender interaction, partnerships, the role and status of men and women in society and, in particular, in interpersonal relations are changing. Currently, there is the emergence of new meanings and "shades" of interpersonal relationships in the course of gender interaction. This, in turn, is manifested in a clear distinction between constitutional and socio-cultural aspects in the study of the psychological nature of male and female manifestations, described by the concepts of sex and gender. The importance of studying the features of interpersonal relationships, taking into account the impact of social status of men and women due to the fact that life strategies of the individual are subject to change, transformation of living conditions and situations in accordance with the values transmitted by society. The very nature of the capitalist state system, according to which modern Ukraine is arranged, presupposes property and social inequality, which as a result divides even close people on the basis of their social status and income. The scientific novelty of the work is to identify the features of interpersonal relationships depending on the correspondence or discrepancy of social status in a married couple. The content of internal factors of family harmony and psychological well-being in married life as an integral indicator of the orientation of the individual to the realization of the main components of positive functioning, which is subjectively expressed in feelings of happiness, self-satisfaction and one's own life.
