Управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 92 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 4 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методологічних і прикладних аспектів управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та структуру ризику; 2) систематизувати основні методологічні підходи до управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності; 3) провести аналіз господарської діяльності та фінансового стану АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат»; 4) охарактеризувати та провести оцінку ризиків проєктної діяльності підприємства; 5) визначити напрями та шляхи вдосконалення процесу управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності АТ «Мелітопольський м’ясокомбінат». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансового та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) проаналізовано проєктні ризики підприємства м’ясопереробної галузі; 2) визначено сутність та принципи управління ризиками; 3) оцінено ризики проєктної діяльності та можливість їх нейтралізації; 4) визначено напрями вдосконалення процесу управління ризиками в проєктній діяльності. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами м’ясопереробної галузі в проєктній діяльності для нейтралізації впливу зовнішніх та внутрішніх ризиків.

EN : The work is presented on 92 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 13 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 4 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the risk management process in the project activities of JSC «Melitopol Meat Processing Plant». The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of risk management in the project activities of the enterprise. The purpose of qualification work is to development of theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the risk management process in the project activities of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the nature and structure of risk; 2) systematize the main methodological approaches to risk management in project activities; 3) to analyze the economic activity and financial condition of JSC «Melitopol Meat Processing Plant»; 4) characterize and assess the risks of the project activities of the enterprise; 5) identify areas and ways to improve the risk management process in the project activities of JSC «Melitopol Meat Processing Plant». Research methods: generalization, deductive, financial and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. Obtained results and their novelty: 1) the application of risk management at the meat processing enterprise is analyzed; 2) the essence and principles of risk management are defined; 3) assessed the risks of project activities and the possibility of their neutralization; 4) identified areas for improvement of the risk management process in the project activity. The significance of the results of the master's qualification work is that the developed recommendations allow the company's management to obtain reliable qualitative information about real threats in the project activity and implement special methods and mechanisms of risk management, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the project. Of practical importance are such developments as: risk management methodology through the classification and identification of risks in terms of stages of project implementation; approach to choosing a risk management strategy based on risk through game theory. The results of the study can be applied by the meat processing enterprises in project activities to neutralize the impact of external and internal risks.
