Оптимізація соціального супроводу осіб, хворих на дитячий церебральний параліч

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження. Виявлення та систематика основних груп проблем соціалізації дітей із ДЦП в сучасній Україні та обґрунтування шляхів підвищення її ефективності та оптимізації. Об’єкт дослідження. Особливості соціалізації осіб хворих на ДЦП. Предметом дослідження є соціальний супровід дітей з ДЦП як складний поліструктурний феномен. Методи дослідження. Аналіз, індукція, дедукція, аналогія, гіпотеза, спостереження, Наукова новизна. Полягає у тому, що проаналізовано та запропоновано підходи оптимізації соціального супроводу осіб з дитячим церебральним паралічем. Гіпотеза. Комплексне використання різних видів і форм соціально - педагогічної допомоги позитивно впливає на розвиток і становлення дитини з ДЦП, підвищує соціально-рольову адаптованість сім’ї. Висновки. Я вважаю, що поєднання індивідуальних і колективних форм впливу, соціального супроводу та допомоги, допоможе подолати багато недоліків у розвитку особистості дитини – інваліда ДЦП, зробить процес інтеграції їх у суспільство цілком здійсненним. Питання соціально-педагогічної допомоги та соціального супроводу вивчені далеко недостатньо. Складність, різноманіття і специфіка аномального розвитку вимагають системного підходу до розробки корекційних реабілітаційних психологічних та соціальних технологій. Психологічна, соціально-педагогічна допомога та соціальний супровід є одним з важливих ланок системи реабілітації дітей з ДЦП. В даний час проблема інвалідності переосмислюється, на зміну закритим установи приходить система комплексної реабілітації.

EN : Research purpose is to identify and systematize the main groups of socialization problems of children with cerebral palsy in modern Ukraine and substantiate the ways to increase its efficiency and optimization. Research object is the socialization features of people with cerebral palsy. Research subject is the social accompaniment of children with cerebral palsy as a complex polystructural phenomenon. Research methods are analysis, induction, deduction, analogy, hypothesis, observation. Research novelty is that the optimization approaches of social accompaniment of people with cerebral palsy are analyzed and offered. Research hypothesis is that the integrated use of various types and forms of social and pedagogical assistance has a positive effect on the development and formation of a child with cerebral palsy, increases the social role of the family. Conclusions. The combination of individual and collective forms of influence, social accompaniment and assistance will help to overcome many shortcomings in the personality development of a child with cerebral palsy, will make the process of their integration into society quite feasible. Issues of socio-pedagogical assistance and social accompaniment are far from sufficiently studied. The complexity, diversity and specificity of abnormal development require a systematic approach to the introduction of corrective rehabilitation psychological and social technologies. Psychological, socio-pedagogical assistance and social accompaniment are important parts of the rehabilitation system for children with cerebral palsy. Currently, the problem of disability is being rethought, the closed institutions are being replaced by a system of comprehensive rehabilitation.
