Взаємодія школи та сім’ї у формуванні в молодших школярів культури міжособистісного спілкування

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 70 сторінках друкованого тексту. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування в молодших школярів культури міжособистісного спілкування. Предмет дослідження – організаційно-педагогічні умови, форми та методи ефективної взаємодії школи та сім’ї у формуванні в молодших школярів культури міжособистісного спілкування. Мета дослідження: полягає у теоретичному та практичному обґрунтуванні та експериментальній перевірці організаційно-педагогічних умов формування культури міжособистісного спілкування молодших школярів у взаємодії школи та сім’ї. В роботі обґрунтовано та експериментально доведено можливість налагодження тісної взаємодії школи та сім’ї у формуванні в молодших школярів культури міжособистісного спілкування; розроблено і впроваджено систему форм і методів, що включає діагностування рівнів культури міжособистісного спілкування, засоби організації взаємодії школи і сім’ї з інтерактивного навчально-виховного середовища в якому відбуватиметься формування в молодших школярів культури міжособистісного спілкування.

The object of research is the process of forming a culture of interpersonal communication in junior schoolchildren. The subject of the research is organizational and pedagogical conditions, forms and methods of effective interaction of school and family in the formation of the culture of interpersonal communication in junior schoolchildren. The purpose of the study: is to theoretically and practically substantiate and experimentally test the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of interpersonal communication of junior high school students in the interaction of school and family. The paper substantiates and experimentally proves the possibility of establishing close interaction between school and family in the formation of a culture of interpersonal communication in younger students; a system of forms and methods has been developed and implemented, which includes diagnosing the levels of interpersonal communication culture, means of organizing school-family interaction from an interactive educational environment in which junior schoolchildren will form a culture of interpersonal communication.
