Ефективне управління оборотним капіталом ТОВ «АГРОМЕТ-ПЛЮС» як передумова його економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 17 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 7 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління формуванням та використанням оборотного капіталу на підприємстві ТОВ «АГРОМЕТПЛЮС». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади формування ефективної системи управління оборотним капіталом підприємств. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо формування ефективної системи управління оборотним капіталом на підприємствах. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансовоекономічного та статистичного аналізу, табличний, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику оцінювання ефективності управління оборотним капіталом підприємства з рахунок використання інтегрального показника, що характеризується певною множиною характеристик, які досить взаємопов’язані та при цьому майже завжди вимірюються в різних одиницях. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації можуть бути застосовані на підприємствах з метою підвищення ефективності формування та використання оборотного капіталу.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 17 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study are the processes of management of the formation and use of working capital at the of LLC «AGROMET-PLUS». The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of forming an effective system of working capital management of enterprises. The purpose of the master's qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of an effective system of working capital management in enterprises. Research methods: The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of working capital management. The following methods are used in the work: logical generalization – for generalization of scientific experience on the researched problems and teaching of sequence of provisions of qualifying work; deductive – to study the theoretical aspects of working capital management; financial-economic and statistical analysis, tabular, graphical – in the process of assessing the effectiveness of working capital management of the studied enterprise; system approach – in the development of a working capital management mechanism and recommendations for the formation of an effective policy for the management of individual components of current assets. The obtained results and their novelty: improved the method of assessing the effectiveness of working capital management of the enterprise through the use of an integrated indicator, characterized by a set of characteristics that are quite interrelated and are almost always measured in different units; the working capital management policy of the enterprise has been improved, which provides for the application of a structural-logical algorithm of successive stages, which will allow to evaluate the working capital management policy and increase the efficiency of its use. 6 Theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations formulated in the master's qualification work can be applied at the enterprises for the purpose of increase of efficiency of formation and use of the working capital.
