Формування стратегії забезпечення фінансової безпеки ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 21 рисунок, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління фінансовим станом підприємства в системі формування стратегії фінансової безпеки ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади управління стратегію фінансової безпеки ї підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретичних, методичних та практичних засад формування ефективної стратегії фінансової безпеки підприємства. Методи дослідження: діалектичні, логічні, емпіричні, методи порівняльного, статистичного аналізу, графоаналітичний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено структуру балансу підприємства, що передбачає оптимізацію складових оборотних активів та власного капіталу з урахуванням рекомендованих нормативних значень, що дозволить покращити показники фінансового стану підприємства; набуло подальшого розвитку організаційне забезпечення механізму формування стратегії фінансової безпеки підприємства, що враховує взаємозв’язки, взаємообумовленість і взаємовплив між системою корпоративного управління підприємства та її складовою – фінансовою безпекою. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації щодо формування стратегії забезпечення фінансової можуть бути застосовані в діяльності підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 101 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 21 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the processes of managing the financial condition of the enterprise in the system of forming a financial security strategy PJSC «Zaporizhvognetriv». The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of management strategy of financial security of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of forming an effective strategy of financial security of the enterprise. The methodological basis of this study is a dialectical method of cognition of economic phenomena in relation to the essence and features of the formation of the strategy of financial security of the enterprise, modern management theory. In the course of research logical and empirical methods of knowledge of mechanisms and forms of management of strategy of financial safety of the enterprise, and also methods of the comparative, statistical analysis, graphoanalytical methods of display of results of researches were widely used. The information base for writing the qualification work consisted of: textbooks, manuals, monographs and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In addition, the financial statements of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetriv» were used. The obtained results and their novelty: the structure of the balance sheet of the enterprise is improved, which provides for the optimization of the components of current assets and equity taking into account the recommended regulatory values, which will improve the financial condition of the enterprise; the organizational support of the mechanism of formation of strategy of financial safety of the enterprise which considers interrelations, interdependence and mutual influence between system of corporate management of the enterprise and its component - financial safety has received further development. 6 The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the developed proposals and recommendations to improve the mechanism for ensuring the formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise using the tools of financial management.
