Формування механізму оцінювання економічної безпеки підприємства ТОВ «Лаколіт»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінювання фінансово-економічних показників діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Лаколіт». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади удосконалення методики оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розробка теоретичних і методичних засад управління економічною безпекою підприємства а також практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення її оцінювання. Методи дослідження: наукової абстракції, аналізу і синтезу, групування фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, системний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику оцінки рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства, яка ґрунтується на розрахунку інтегрального показника на основі аналізу показників платоспроможності, ліквідності, фінансової стійкості та ділової активності; набуло подальшого розвитку організаційне забезпечення системи управління фінансовоекономічною безпекою підприємства, що передбачає застосування певної послідовності системи її функціонування та враховує сукупність способів організації економічних процесів задля захисту від зовнішніх й внутрішніх загроз в умовах обмеженості часу та ресурсів. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації можуть бути застосовані на підприємствах з метою підвищення ефективності управління економічною безпекою.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 14 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 75 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of evaluating the financial and economic performance of the company LLC «Lakolit». The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of improving the methodology for assessing the level of economic security of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop theoretical and methodological principles of economic security management of the enterprise as well as practical recommendations for improving its evaluation. The methodological basis of qualification work is the work of domestic and foreign experts on financial and economic security of enterprises. The following methods are used in the work: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis (to clarify the essence of economic security of the enterprise); grouping (when forming a system of indicators of economic security of the enterprise); financial, economic and statistical analysis (to assess the level of economic security of the enterprise); system approach (to develop recommendations for improving the economic security of the enterprise). The information base for writing the qualification work consisted of: textbooks, manuals, monographs and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In addition, the financial statements of LLC «Lakolit» were used. The obtained results and their novelty: the method of assessing the level of financial and economic security of the enterprise is improved, which is based on the calculation of the integrated indicator based on the analysis of solvency, liquidity, financial stability and business activity; organizational development of the financial and economic security management system of the enterprise has been further developed, which provides for the application of a certain sequence of the system of its functioning and takes into account a set of ways to organize economic processes to 6 protect against external and internal threats. Theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations formulated in the master's qualification work can be applied at the enterprises for the purpose of increase of efficiency of management of economic safety.
