Організація педагогічної взаємодії викладача зі студентами в навчальному процесі вищої школи

Об’єкт дослідження: педагогічна взаємодія викладача зі студентами у навчальному процесі вищої школи. Предмет дослідження: умови ефективної організації педагогічної взаємодії викладача зі студентами старших курсів у навчальному процесі вищої школи. Мета дослідження: на основі теоретичного аналізу проблеми та дослідження, виділити та окреслити умови підвищення ефективності організації педагогічної взаємодії викладача зі студентами у навчальному процесі вищої школи. В роботі проведено теоретичний аналіз досліджуваної проблеми та визначено місце педагогічної взаємодії викладача зі студентами у формуванні позитивного відношення студентів до навчання та їх навчальної успішності; виокремлено особливості педагогічного спілкування в умовах ЗВО, як однієї зі сторін педагогічної взаємодії; досліджено вплив особливостей педагогічних комунікацій викладачів вищої школи та форм організації педагогічної взаємодії на відношення студентів до навчання та їх навчальну успішність. Наукова новизна: виявлено та досліджено ефективність організації педагогічної взаємодії викладача закладу вищої освіти зі студентами з погляду їх системного впливу на успішність студентства у навчанні; розширено, уточнено та доповнено дані про сучасного студента, його мотиви навчання та стимулюючі до навчання фактори.

The object of the study: pedagogical interaction of a teacher with students in the educational process of high school. Subject of research: conditions of effective organization of pedagogical interaction of the teacher with senior students in the educational process of higher school. The purpose of the study: based on theoretical analysis of the problem and research, to identify and outline the conditions for improving the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction of teachers with students in the educational process of higher education. The theoretical analysis of the researched problem is carried out in the work and the place of pedagogical interaction of the teacher with students in formation of the positive attitude of students to training and their educational success is defined; the peculiarities of pedagogical communication in the conditions of ZVO, as one of the parties of pedagogical interaction are singled out; the influence of the peculiarities of pedagogical communications of higher school teachers and forms of organization of pedagogical interaction on the attitude of students to learning and their academic success is investigated. Scientific novelty: the efficiency of the organization of pedagogical interaction of the teacher of the institution of higher education with students in terms of their systemic influence on the success of students in education is revealed and investigated; expanded, clarified and supplemented data on the modern student, his motives for learning and motivating factors for learning.
