Предмет дослідження: особливості розвитку творчої обдарованості молоді у вищій школі. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати технології розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів педагогічних спеціальностей; визначити умови підвищення ефективності роботи з розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів. В роботі визначено основні теоретичні підходи до вивчення обдарованості; розкрито особливості розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів у вищій школі; обґрунтовано зміст технології розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів; розглянуто організацію роботи, щодо розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів у вищій школі; визначено умови підвищення ефективності роботи по розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів. Наукова новизна: уточнено поняття «творча обдарованість» як індивідуальну потенційну своєрідність творчих задатків (здібностей) людини, що забезпечують особистості успішну реалізацію її обдарувань (інтелектуальних, академічних, художніх тощо) та дозволяють їй досягати значних (вище умовного «середнього» рівня) успіхів у певній галузі діяльності; визначено критерії, показники й рівні розвитку творчої обдарованості студентів; визначено психолого-педагогічні умови, що забезпечують ефективний розвиток творчої обдарованості студентів.
