Психологічні особливості мотивації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів ВНЗ

Abstract

UA : Робота виклади на 89 сторінок, 7 таблиць. Перелік посилання включає 75 джерела. Об'єкт дослідження: мотивація навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів ВНЗ. У сучасному світі, який динамічно змінюється, зростає швидкість і якість обміну інформацією в усіх сферах життя. Загальний обсяг знань людства різко зростає і постійно відновлюється. Тому передати усі знання, весь досвід людства об’єктивно неможливо. Освіта повинна готувати людей до змін у суспільстві й індивідуальному житті, вчити сприймати їх як об’єктивне явище, скеровувати свою діяльність на конструктивне вирішення проблем, що виходять за межі існуючих теорій, стереотипів. Таким чином, головною метою вищої освіти стає підготовка студентів до майбутньої самостійної освітньої діяльності, до самовдосконалення. В.Кремень зауважив, що “через модернізацію освіти лежить шлях до осучаснення й згуртування української нації. А це є обов’язковою умовою динамічного розвитку і конкурентоспроможності держави в сучасних умовах глобалізації світу”. Вища освіта готує суспільство до конкурентноспроможнішого і повнішого сприйняття нових науково-інформаційних технологій, розвитку особистості, потенціалу нації. Основним завданням української освіти є створення основ для розвитку і самореалізації кожної людини, формування покоління, здатного до самоосвіти протягом усього свого життя. У зв’язку з цим перед наукою стоїть завдання створення ефективних дидактичних систем, які базуються на застосуванні таких технологій, форм і методів навчання, які б забезпечували інтенсивне оволодіння системою знань, формування умінь, навичок і на цій основі суттєво підвищували рівень самостійної творчої діяльності студентів, створювали умови для більш повного й ефективного використовування інтелекту кожного, які сприяли б всебічному розвиткові особистості та реалізації завдань професійного розвитку спеціалиста. Наукова новизна : удосконалено визначення структури та змісту мотивів навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів гуманітарних спеціальностей.

In today's rapidly changing world, the speed and quality of information exchange in all spheres of life is growing. The total amount of knowledge of mankind is growing rapidly and is constantly updated. Therefore, it is objectively impossible to transfer all knowledge, all human experience. Education should prepare people for changes in society and individual life, teach them to perceive them as an objective phenomenon, direct their activities to a constructive solution to problems that go beyond existing theories and stereotypes. Thus, the main purpose of higher education is to prepare students for future independent educational activities, for self-improvement. V. Kremen noted that “through the modernization of education there is a way to modernize and unite the Ukrainian nation. And this is a prerequisite for the dynamic development and competitiveness of the state in the current conditions of globalization. " Higher education prepares society for a more competitive and fuller perception of new scientific and information technologies, personal development, the potential of the nation. The main task of Ukrainian education is to create the foundations for the development and self-realization of each person, the formation of a generation capable of self-education throughout their lives. In this regard, science faces the task of creating effective didactic systems based on the use of such technologies, forms and methods of teaching, which would provide intensive mastery of the system of knowledge, skills, and on this basis significantly increase the level of independent creative activity of students , created conditions for a fuller and more effective use of the intellect of everyone, which would contribute to the comprehensive development of personality and the implementation of the tasks of professional development of the specialist. Scientific novelty: improved definition of the structure and content of motives for educational and cognitive activities of students of humanities.
