Феномен волі суб’єкта розвитку

Abstract

UA : Метою дослідження є визначення детерминант оптимізації медіації в публічному управлінні як чинника кар’єрного зростання. Об’єктом дослідження є теоретичні моделі суб'єкта розвитку. Предмет дослідження – детермінанти оптимізації вирішення “вічної фіософської проблеми” свободі волі суб'єктів розвитку. Методи дослідження: діяльнісний підхід, діалектичний підхід, системний підхід. Гіпотеза: вільне вольове, самоздійснення людини як суб'єкта розвитку визначений неусвідомленою поведінкою та раціональною діяльністю, а тому раціоналізація суб'єкта діяльності слугує прогресивному розвитку. Висновки: 1. Свобода волі є важливою умовою, механізмом формування та реалізації суб'єкта розвитку на всіх рівнях та сферах життєдіяльності, пріоритетним завданнями якого є регулювання та вдосконалення діяльності для забезпечення прав і свобод людини та сталого розвитку країни. 2. Обґрунтувано необхідність вільного вольового самоздійснення людини як суб'єкта розвитку у діалектиці свободи та необхідності, волі та відповідальності, у якому розвиток та його спрямованість визначають міру та розрізнення волі та свавілля. 3. Вільне, вольове, самоздійснення людини як суб'єкта розвитку є детермінованим раціональною діяльністю, а тому раціоналізація суб'єкта діяльності слугує прогресивному розвитку.

EN : The aim of the study is to determine the determinants of mediation optimization in public administration as a factor of career growth. The object of research is the theoretical models of the subject of development. The subject of research - the determinants of optimizing the solution of the "eternal philosophical problem" of free will of the subjects of development. Research methods: activity approach, dialectical approach, system approach. Hypothesis: free will, self-realization of man as a subject of development is determined by unconscious behavior and rational activity, and therefore the rationalization of the subject of activity serves for progressive development. Conclusions: 1. Freedom of will is an important condition, mechanism for the formation and implementation of the subject of development at all levels and spheres of life, the priority of which is the regulation and improvement of activities to ensure human rights and freedoms and sustainable development. 2. The necessity of free volitional self-realization of a person as a subject of development in the dialectic of freedom and necessity, will and responsibility, in which development and its direction determine the measure and distinction of will and arbitrariness, is substantiated. 3. Free, volitional, self-realization of man as a subject of development is determined by rational activity, and therefore the rationalization of the subject of activity serves progressive development.
