Діагностика ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти на регіональному рівні

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт – державна програма розвитку інклюзивної освіти в Україні. Предмет – діагностика ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти на регіональному рівні. Мета – визначити напрями оптимізації процесу діагностики ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти на регіональному рівні. Досягнення поставленої мети передбачає розв’язання наступних наукових завдань: − дослідити стан наукової розробки проблеми діагностики ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти на регіональному рівні; − визначити основні поняття: «державна програма», «інклюзивна освіта», «діагностика ефективності»; − проаналізувати принципи і методи дослідження проблеми діагностики ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти на регіональному рівні; − визначити сутність та завдання державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти в Україні; − дослідити напрями діагностики ефективності реалізації програм розвитку територій на державному рівні; − виявити особливості діагностики ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти в умовах децентралізації; − проаналізувати результати впровадження державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти в Запорізькій області; − розробити практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності реалізації державної програми розвитку інклюзивної освіти у Запорізькій області.

EN : The object is a state program for the development of inclusive education in Ukraine. Subject - diagnostics of the effectiveness of the state program for the development of inclusive education at the regional level. The purpose is to determine the directions of optimization of the process of diagnostics of the effectiveness of the implementation of the state program for the development of inclusive education at the regional level. Achieving this goal involves solving the following scientific tasks: - to investigate the state of scientific development of the problem of diagnosing the effectiveness of the state program for the development of inclusive education at the regional level; - define the basic concepts: "state program", "inclusive education", "effectiveness diagnostics"; - to analyze the principles and methods of research of the problem of diagnostics of efficiency of realization of the state program of development of inclusive education at the regional level; - to determine the essence and objectives of the state program for the development of inclusive education in Ukraine; - to investigate the directions of diagnostics of efficiency of realization of programs of development of territories at the state level; - to identify features of diagnostics of efficiency of realization of the state program of development of inclusive education in the conditions of decentralization; - to analyze the results of the implementation of the state program for the development of inclusive education in the Zaporozhye region; - to develop practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the state program for the development of inclusive education in the Zaporozhye region.
