Радянська спадщина та розбудова незалежної України (1991-1999 рр.)

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з 74 сторінок друкованого тексту. Містить 21 опублікованих джерел, 24 позицій літератури. Об'єктом роботи є період створення головних владних і суспільних інституцій незалежної України, економічної кризи та спроб її подолання, встановлення зовнішніх зв’язків та пріоритетів, налагодження взаємодії з міжнародними організаціями та створення власного іміджу, процесу ядерного роззброєння, перших спроб зміни вищого керівництва держави та передачі влади, боротьби з кримським сепаратизмом, проведення економічних реформ та побудови ринкової економіки, прийняття Конституції України та політичного протистояння всередині держави. Предметом дослідження є соціально-економічні, політичні та державотворчі процеси, що відбувалися в Україні у 1990-х роках, а також міжнародні виклики, які державі доводилося долати в цей період. Мета окреслюється визначенням головних ознак, що характеризують перший етап розбудови незалежної Української держави. Новизна роботи полягає в тому, що я узагальнив особливості зовнішньополітичної ситуації, за якої відбувалася розбудова незалежної України та удосконалив опис реформ, що були проведені в 1990-х роках. Основні висновки. Головними ознаками, що характеризують перший етап розбудови незалежної України є створення головних владних і суспільних інституцій, а також нової законодавчої бази, економічна криза та спроби її подолання шляхом проведення ринкових реформ та приватизації, встановлення міжнародних дипломатичних зв'язків та покращення іміджу України на світовій арені за допомогою відмови від ядерної зброї, подолання внутрішньополітичних складнощів, таких як сепаратизм у Криму, практика демократичної зміни влади та політичних протистоянь. Отже, період 1991-1999 років в Україні позначився процесом активного державотворення.

EN : The master's qualifying work consists of 74 pages of printed text. Contains 21 published sources, 24 items of literature. The object of work is the period of creation of the main governmental and public institutions of independent Ukraine, economic crisis and attempts to overcome it, establishing external relations and priorities, establishing cooperation with international organizations and creating one's own image, the process of nuclear disarmament, the first attempts to change top leadership. and the transfer of power, the fight against Crimean separatism, economic reforms and the construction of a market economy, the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine and political confrontation within the state. The subject of the study is the socio-economic, political and state-building processes that took place in Ukraine in the 1990s, as well as the international challenges that the state had to overcome during this period. The aim is to determine the main features that characterize the first stage of building an independent Ukrainian state. The novelty of the work is that I summarized the peculiarities of the foreign policy situation in which the development of independent Ukraine took place and improved the description of the reforms that were carried out in the 1990s. Conclusions. The main features of the first stage of building an independent Ukraine are the creation of major governmental and social institutions, as well as the creation of a new legal framework, economic crisis and attempts to overcome it through market reforms and privatization, international diplomatic relations and improving Ukraine's image in the world arena through the renunciation of nuclear weapons, overcoming domestic political difficulties, such as separatism in Crimea, the practice of democratic change of government and political confrontation.Consequently, the period 1991-1999 in Ukraine was marked by the process of active state formation.
