Забезпечення фінансової безпеки страхової компанії «Страхова Група ТАС»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 117 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 84 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовою безпекою страхової компанії ПрАТ «Страхова Група «ТАС». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення та систематизації інструментарію системи управління фінансовою безпекою страхової компанії. Завдання: 1) визначити загрози фінансовій безпеці страхової компанії та методи її оцінки; 2) провести оцінку фінансового стану ПрАТ «Страхова Група «ТАС»; 3) розробити заходи покращення управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний; математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «фінансова безпека»; методичні підходи до оцінки фінансового стану страхової компанії. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо організації та вдосконалення системи управління фінансовою безпекою ПрАТ «Страхова Група «ТАС».

EN : The work is presented on 117 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 16 figures, 8 annex. The list of references includes 84 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is process of financial security ensuring of the insurance company PJSC «Insurance Group TAS». The purpose of qualification work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for the improvement and systematization of the tools of the financial security fornation of the insurance company. Tasks: 1) to determine the content of the financial safety of the insurance company and the characteristics of its sources; 2) determine the factors of influence on the level of financial security of the insurance company; 3) to evaluate the financial condition of PJSC «Insurance Group TAS»; 4) to evaluate the efficiency of financial and economic activity of PJSC «Insurance Group TAS»; 5) to elaborate the measures of financial security of PJSC «Insurance Group TAS»improvement; 6) to elaborate the measures of the risk management system of PJSC «Insurance Group TAS»improvement. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and method of mathematical modelling. The results obtained and their novelty: have gained further development: the interpretation of the category "financial security"; methodical approach to assessing the financial status of an insurance company. the method of the integrated assessment of the financial condition of the insurance company was improved; problems are systematized and possibilities of improvement of organization of financial security of the insurance company have been revealed. The results of research are aimed at estimation and improving the business activity management system of industrial enterprise PJSC «Insurance Group TAS» 6 and can be implemented in practice of the other insurance companies. The proposed recommendations of organization and improvement of financial security management system of PJSC «Insurance Group TAS» are of practical importance. The results of the study can be applied by the heads of the financial divisions of insurance companies for the development of tactical and strategic decisions that allows to yield financial security of insurance company, and to perform the quick analysis of the financial state of insurance company.
