Інфраструктурне забезпечення бізнес-процесів засобами ЗТПП

Abstract

UA : Предмет роботи - комплекс теоретичних і практичних аспектів механізму взаємодії торгово-промислової палати з підприємствами в системі інфраструктурного забезпечення бізнес-процесів вітчизняних підприємств. Об’єкт роботи - Запорізька торгово-промислова палата. Мета роботи - визначення шляхів підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів підприємств інструментами впливу ТПП та розробка пріоритетних напрямків розвитку Запорізької ТПП у рамках підтримки бізнес-процесів вітчизняних підприємств. Специфіка даного дослідження полягає у послідовному вирішенні наступних завдань: надано характеристику системі інфраструктурного забезпечення бізнес-процесів підприємств, зокрема, розкривши сутність, організаційну структуру, інструменти та послуги торгово-промислових палат; проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку інфраструктурного забезпечення підприємництва Запорізької області; здійснено аналіз діяльності Запорізької ТПП як елементу інфраструктури підтримки бізнес-процесів регіональних підприємств; проведено діагностику ефективності підтримки бізнес-процесів підприємств регіону Запорізькою ТПП На підставі проведеного дослідження було запропоновано дієві напрямки вдосконалення механізму взаємодії Запорізької ТПП з підприємствами регіону у рамках підтримки їх бізнес-процесів. Методологічною основою кваліфікаційної роботи є сукупність аналітичних, економіко-статистичних, економіко-математичних та логічних методів. Інформаційною базою дослідження стали: статистична звітність Державного комітету статистики України, Головного управління статистики у Запорізькій області, офіційні звіти національних та міжнародних бізнес-асоціацій, ділові журнали ТПП України, періодичні українські та зарубіжні видання, матеріали Інтернет-джерел, результати опитування. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у розробці перспективних пріоритетних напрямків діяльності ЗТПП які можуть бути застосовані у контексті розвитку послуг палати.

EN : Subject of work is a complex of theoretical and practical aspects of the mechanism of interaction of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with enterprises in the system of infrastructure provision of business processes of domestic enterprises. Object of work - Zaporozhye Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The purpose of the work is to determine the ways to increase the efficiency of business processes of enterprises with tools for the influence of the CCI and the development of priority directions of development of Zaporizhzhya CCI in the framework of support for business processes of domestic enterprises. The specificity of this study consists in a consistent solution of the following tasks: the characteristics of the system of infrastructure provision of business processes of enterprises, in particular, by disclosing the essence, organizational structure, tools and services of commerce and industrial chambers; The current state of development of infrastructure support of the Zaporizhzhya region is analyzed; The analysis of the activities of Zaporizhzhya CCI as an element of the maintenance of business processes of regional enterprises is carried out; The diagnosis of the effectiveness of supporting business processes of enterprises in the Zaporizhzhya CCI on the basis of the study was proposed by effective directions of improving the mechanism of interaction of Zaporizhzhya CCI with the enterprises of the region within the framework of supporting their business processes. The methodological basis of qualification work is a set of analytical, economic and statistical, economic and mathematical and logical methods. The information base of the study was: statistical reporting of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the Main Department of Statistics in Zaporizhzhya Oblast, official reports of national and international business associations, business magazines of the CCI of Ukraine, periodic Ukrainian and foreign editions, materials of Internet sources, survey results. The practical significance of the results is to develop a promising priority directions of PTPP activities that can be applied in the context of the development of the Chamber's services.
