Формування прогностичної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування прогностичної компетентності майбутніх викладачів закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування прогностичної компетентності майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти. Мета дослідження: теоретичне обґрунтування педагогічних умов формування прогностичної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти. У роботі досліджено компетентісний підхід в освіті, розглянуто сутність прогностичної компетентності викладача закладу вищої освіти; визначено критерії, показники, за якими можна діагностувати рівні сформованості прогностичної компетентності майбутніх викладачів закладу вищої освіти; розроблено модель прогностичної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці та впровадженні в освітній процес методики діагностування рівнів сформованості прогностичної компетентності.

Object of research is the process of forming the prognostic competence of future teachers of higher education. Subject of research: pedagogical conditions for the formation of prognostic competence of future teachers of higher education institutions. The purpose of the study: theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions of formation of prognostic competence of the future teacher of higher education institution. The competency approach as a priority direction of modern education development is investigated in the work; prognostic competence as a component of professional competence of a teacher of a higher education institution is analyzed; indicators, criteria, levels of formation of prognostic competence of the future teacher of higher education institution are determined; the state of formation of prognostic competence of future teachers of higher education institution is investigated and analyzed; the model of formation of prognostic competence of future teachers of higher education institutions is developed. The practical significance of the work lies in the development and implementation in the educational process of methods for diagnosing the levels of prognostic competence.
