Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти. Мета дослідження полягає в розробці та експериментальній перевірці ефективності педагогічних умов формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти. У роботі проаналізовано феномен лідерства у вітчизняній та зарубіжній літературі; розкрито сутність і структуру лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти; науково обґрунтовано та розроблено педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти; визначено критерії та показники сформованості лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти; розроблено програму реалізації педагогічних умов формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти та експериментально перевірено її ефективність. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що: уточнено поняття «лідерські якості студентів закладів вищої освіти»; теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти; визначено критерії та показники сформованості лідерських якостей у студентів закладів вищої освіти.

The object of the study: the process of forming leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions. Subject of research: pedagogical conditions of formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions. The purpose of the study: to develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education. The paper analyzes the phenomenon of leadership in domestic and foreign literature; the essence and structure of leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions are revealed; scientifically substantiated and developed pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions; criteria and indicators of formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions are determined; the program of realization of pedagogical conditions of formation of leadership qualities at students of institutions of higher education is developed and its efficiency is experimentally checked. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: the concept of "leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions" is specified; theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions; criteria and indicators of formation of leadership qualities in students of higher education institutions are determined.
