Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів у процесі фахової підготовки. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати й експериментально апробувати педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів закладів вищої освіти.. У роботі визначено сутність понять «ґендер» та «ґендерна культура»; розглянуто гендерну культуру як індивідуальну характеристику особистості періоду студентської юності; розкрито питання щодо інтеграції ґендерної культури в систему вищої освіти; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів закладів вищої освіти; експериментально досліджено процес формування ґендерної культури студентів закладів вищої освіти. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що: вивчено сутність ґендерної культури як індивідуальної характеристики особистості періоду студентської юності; визначені й експериментально перевірені педагогічні умови, що зумовлюють ефективність формування ґендерної культури студентів закладів вищої освіти.

Subject of research: pedagogical conditions of formation of gender culture of students in the process of professional training. The research purpose: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of gender culture of students of higher education institutions. The paper defines the essence of the concepts of "gender" and "gender culture"; gender culture is considered as an individual characteristic of the personality of the period of student youth; the issue of gender mainstreaming in the higher education system is revealed; the pedagogical conditions of formation of gender culture of students of higher education institutions are substantiated; the process of forming the gender culture of students of higher education institutions has been experimentally studied. The scientific novelty of the work is that: the essence of gender culture as an individual characteristic of the personality of the period of student youth is studied; identified and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions that determine the effectiveness of the formation of gender culture of students of higher education institutions.
