Формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти у процесі магістерської підготовки

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 101 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 3 таблиці, 4 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 88 джерел, з них на іноземній мові – 8. Мета дослідження науково обґрунтувати педагогічні умови формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти у процесі магістерської підготовки та експериментально перевірити їх ефективність. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. У роботі проаналізовано стан досліджуваної проблеми у психолого-педагогічній теорії та практиці; уточнено сутність базових понять дослідження; визначено критерії, показники та рівні сформованості емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти; розроблено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти; експериментально перевірено ефективність розроблених педагогічних умов формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Практичне значення результатів дослідження полягає у розробленні методичних матеріалів для формування емоційної компетентності майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти, діагностичного інструментарію для визначення рівнів сформованості цього феномену, у розробленні тренінгу «Мої емоції».

The purpose of the study: to scientifically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the process of master's training and to experimentally test their effectiveness. The analysis of the literature on the research problem is carried out in the work, the state of its solution in the theory and practice of vocational education is established; the emotional competence of a teacher of a higher education institution as a component of his professional competence is considered, its content and structure are determined; developed and substantiated pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the process of master's training; the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the process of master's training has been experimentally tested. The practical significance of the research results is in the development of methodological materials for the formation of emotional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions, diagnostic tools for determining the levels of formation of this phenomenon, in the development of training "My emotions".
