Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра виконана на 60 сторінках друкованого тексту і містить 3 таблиці та 1 рисунок. Перелік посилань нараховує 77 джерел, з яких 58 іноземних видань. Актуальність роботи обумовлена тим, що сучасний санітарно-гігієнічнй підхід до лімітування шкідливих речовин у середовищі шляхом визначення гранично допустимих концентрацій не гарантує повної відсутності шкідливого впливу на організм. Ситуація загострюється, коли у водному середовищі знаходяться декілька шкідливих речовин у концентраціях, близьких до ГДК, але їх не перевищуючих, отже потрібно враховувати можливий негативний синергічний ефект дії даних забруднювачів. Дослідження даного питання, на рівні сучасного забруднення довкілля є недостатнім. Об’єкт дослідження – вплив катіонів металів на рухову активність та поведінкові реакції дафній. Предмет дослідження – вплив на рухову активність та поведінкові реакції дафній катіонів Купруму та Феруму при їх концентрації 0,01, 0,1 та 1ГДК для водойм господарчо-побутового водокористування. Мета роботи – дослідження поведінкових реакцій дафній при окремій та сполучній дії катіонів Феруму та Купруму, які не перевищують ГДК для водойм господарчо-побутового водокористування на поведінкові реакції дафній. У роботі досліджено поведінкові реакції дафній при при окремій та сполучній дії катіонів Феруму та Купруму, які не перевищують ГДК для водойм господарчо-побутового водокористування на поведінкові реакції дафній. Новизна роботи полягає в тому, що вперше було досліджено зміни поведінкових реакцій при сполучному впливі Феруму та Купруму на поведінкові реакції та рухову активність дафній.

The urgency of the work is due to the fact that based on the views of modern environmental medicine, the traditional approach to the limitation of harmful substances in the environment by determining the MPC does not guarantee the absence of harmful effects on the body. This situation becomes more acute when in the environment there are several toxicants in concentrations close to the MPC, but not exceeding them. In this case, you need to take into account it’s possible negative synergistic effect. And although this effect is well known, the study of this issue, based on the current level of environmental pollution, is currently insufficient. The object of research is the influence of heavy metal cations on the motor activity and behavioral responses of daphnia. The subject of the research is the influence on the motor activity and behavioral reactions of daphnia cations of Cu2+ and Fe2+ at their concentrations of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 MPC for domestic water bodies. The aim of the work is to study the behavioral reactions of daphnia with separate and binding action of iron and copper cations, which do not exceed the MPC for domestic water bodies for behavioral reactions of daphnia. The behavioral reactions of daphnia under the separate and connecting action of iron and copper cations, which do not exceed the MPC for domestic water bodies for the behavior of daphnia, are investigated. The novelty of the work is that for the first time the changes of behavioral reactions at the connecting influence of Iron and Copper on the behavioral reactions and motor activity of daphnia were studied.
