Біохімічні показники крові при цукровому діабеті 1 типу різних вікових груп

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 71 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 11 таблиць, 1 рисунок. Перелік посилань включає 53 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – венозна кров осіб, хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го типу, віком 20 − 30 та 40 − 50 років, досліджену при маніфестації хвороби та через 5 років. Мета роботи – дослідження біохімічних показників крові, що характеризують функціональний стан печінки, нирок та ліпідний обмін у хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го типу двох вікових груп при маніфестації хвороби та через 5 років після її початку. Методи дослідження – біохімічні і статистичні. Встановлено, що у хворих із маніфестацією цукровий діабет 1-го типу у вікових групах достовірних відмінностей не спостерігається. Через 5 років від початку захворювання достовірні відмінності у вікових групах спостерігаються тільки за вмістом сечовини, ліпопротеїдів високої та глікованого гемоглобіну – у групі хворих віком 40 − 50 років їх кількість достовірно зростає. Новизна роботи – вперше проводиться порівняння біохімічних показників крові у мешканців промислового міста Запоріжжя, хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го типу із різною тривалістю захворювання у двох вікових групах. Значимість роботи – pезультати дослiдження пошиpюють уявлення пpо біохімічні показники крові у хворих на цукровий діабет 1-го типу двох вікових груп, відображають їх особливості при маніфестації та через 5 років захворювання. Отримані результати можуть бути використані в ендокринологічному диспансері для більш прицільного проведення лікарської терапії.

The object of the study is the venous blood of persons with type 1 diabetes, aged 20 ‒ 30 and 40 ‒ 50 years, examined at the manifestation of the disease and after 5 years. The aim of the study was to study the biochemical parameters of blood, which characterize the functional state of the liver, kidneys and lipid metabolism in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus of two age groups at the onset of the disease and 5 years after its onset. Research methods ‒ biochemical and statistical. It is established that in patients with the manifestation of type 1 diabetes mellitus there are no significant differences in age groups. After 5 years from the onset of the disease, significant differences in age groups are observed only in the content of urea, high lipoproteins and glycated hemoglobin ‒ in the group of patients aged 40 ‒ 50 years, their number increases significantly. The novelty of the work is that for the first time a comparison of biochemical parameters of blood in residents of the industrial city of Zaporozhye, patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus with different duration of the disease in two age groups. Significance of the work - the results of the study spread ideas about the biochemical parameters of blood in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus of two age groups, reflect their features at the manifestation and after 5 years of the disease. The obtained results can be used in the endocrinology dispensary for more targeted drug therapy.
