Управління командою проекту в ІТ компанії ТОВ «ЮБІСОФТ ЮКРЕЙН»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 105 с., 14 рис., 6 табл. , 61 джерело. Об’єктом дослідження є ІТ компанія ТОВ «ЮБІСОФТ ЮКРЕЙН» Предметом виступає весь процес становлення команди та управління проектом, від підбору фахівців до організації їх спільної роботи. Мета роботи - узагальнення теоретично-методичних засад умов, етапів та особливостей формування ефективної команди проекту та розробки управлінських інструментів, які можуть бути використані в цьому процесі. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що для успішної реалізації проекту підприємству необхідно мати ефективну команду проекту. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління проектами. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано роботу команд ТОВ «ЮБІСОФТ ЮКРЕЙН» з розробки відеоігор та запропоновано заходи щодо підвезення ефективності командної роботи. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «ЮБІСОФТ ЮКРЕЙН» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних ІТ компаній.
