Ефективні технологій улаштування фундаментів в ґрунтових умовах Марокко

Abstract

UA : У даній роботі розглядаються світовий досвід конструювання, будівництва та експлуатації об'ємно-планувальних і конструктивних рішень найбільш відомих цивільних будівель в тому числі і побудованих в королівстві Марокко. Були проведені дослідження більшості сучасних об'ємно планувальних і конструктивних рішень, у тому числі і фундаментів щодо ефективності прийнятих проектно-кошторисних рішень по наступним крітеріям: функціональність, технологічність, конструктивна простота. Так само був виконаний аналіз більшості конструктивних рішень громадських і житлових будівель в тому числі побудованих в Марокко. Техніко-економічні показники даних досліджень дозволяють вибирати конструктивні рішення для подальших проектування і будівництва висотних будівель і споруд з урахуванням технологічності, функціональності та простоти архітектурно-конструктивних рішень, у тому числі для зведення в Марокко.

EN : In this work are considered world experience in the design, construction and exploitation spatiality-participative and constructive solutions most known civilian buildings in including and built in the Kingdom of Morocco. Were studies of most contemporary spatiality participative and constructive solutions, including and piling on the effectiveness of the measures adopted design and estimated the the following criteria: functionality, constructive, technologi, implicity. The same analysis was performed most constructive decisions public and residential buildings including built in Morocco. Techno-economical indicators research data allow you to choose constructive solutions for further design and construction of high-rise buildings and facilities with the manufacturability, functionality and ease architectural and constructive solutions, including for construction in Morocco. From the results of the research can be totaled experience on design and construction of high-rise buildings in the world, modern classification assessment of the effectiveness design, as well as the criteria for evaluation of the efficiency.
