Abstract

UA : В роботі проаналізовано теоретичні засади набору та відбору персоналу на підприємстві. Визначено понятійно-категоріальний апарат набору та відбору персоналу на підприємстві. Проаналізовані основні проблеми набору та відбору персоналу на підприємстві. Проведений SWOT- аналіз набору та відбору персоналу в умовах ринку на ПАТ "Запоріжсталь". Розглянуті особливості зростання рівня професіоналізму і кваліфікації працівників, як один із напрямів удосконалення набору та відбору персоналу на підприємстві в умовах ринку та запропоновані практичні рекомендації, щодо напрямів оптимізації удосконалення процесу набору та відбору персоналу в умовах ринку.

EN : The theoretical principles of recruitment and selection of personnel at the enterprise are analyzed in the work. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of recruitment and selection of personnel at the enterprise is determined. The main problems of recruitment and selection of personnel at the enterprise are analyzed. A SWOT analysis of recruitment and selection of personnel in market conditions at PJSC "Zaporizhstal" was conducted. The peculiarities of increasing the level of professionalism and qualification of employees as one of the areas of improving recruitment and selection of personnel in the enterprise in market conditions and practical recommendations for optimizing the improvement of recruitment and selection of personnel in market conditions.
